The house can accomodate up to 12 people. There are four bedrooms which can accommodate seven people; five more can sleep in existing sofa/futon beds located in the house, however, this requires doubling up in some rooms and use of common areas for sleeping. All linens are provided for all beds. Following is a description of the bedrooms.
The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed. There is a full bath and walk in dressing room attached to this room (not shown). Altogether, these rooms sleep seven total.
There is a double futon type bed (shown below) located in the master bedroom. This can sleep two people.

The two upstairs bedrooms have a double bed in one, and a twin bed in the other. The photo to the left is the double bed. There is a brand new double window overlooking the patios, decks and Dorset Mountain. |
The photo to the right is the single bed upstairs. There is a double closet in this bedroom, with a small built in desk in between the two closets.
The two upstairs bedrooms are separated by a full bath (shower and whirlpool bathtub).

| There are twin beds located in the basement. This room is off of the playroom. There are no windows in the bedroom, but there is one in the adjoining room. There is an emergency exit door from this room. |

| There is a double sleeper sofa in the library. This room as louvered doors. This can sleep an additional two people. |
