For more information or to reserve a week or a weekend, and to confirm pricing, please call or email: In order to make a reservation, we need to receive your deposit payment and completed rental agreement. Rentals can only be confirmed in writing when we return a signed rental agreement to you. Generally, if you send us a payment and completed rental agreement, we will respond within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. The property is leased on a weekly and weekend basis. For weekly rentals, we follow a Sunday - Sunday calendar as much as possible. Check in is on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. through check out on the following Sunday at 11:00 a.m. During certain holiday periods, we rent the property by the week only. Rates are $1,500.00 per weekend or $2,800 per week. During major holiday periods, the weekly rate is $3,500.00. Rates are subject to change without notice. We are required to pay a Vermont Room Tax to the State of Vermont, which is nine (9%) percent of your total rental fee, which will be added to your total charges. All major credit cards are accepted. Your payment information may be included on the Rental Agreement, or you may make a payment over the phone. Additional charge of $100.00 per dog per stay. Dogs are subject to approval and pet owners must comply with our rules relating to having a pet on the property. A minimum security deposit of $1,000.00 is required on all rentals. We will accept a monetary payment of the security deposit, or a hold placed on a credit card 15 days before your arrival date. All security deposits are fully-refundable, subject to the terms of the rental agreement. MAKING THE RESERVATION: Reservations are not effective before the advance payment and signed Rental Agreement have been received and returned (fully-executed) by Landlord. When you contact us to inquire about the property and availability, we will notify you of the cost of your stay and other information you may need to complete the Rental Agreement. Open the Rental Agreement link which is located on the left side of this page. Fill out the first and last page of the Rental Agreement. Return the Agreement by fax, email or overnight mail, together with the required payment amount. If the property is available, and the rental is approved, we will return a fully-executed Rental Agreement to you, along with more information about the house including exact address, your arrival and departure dates, and directions to the house. In the event of any variations in the information or photographs contained on our websites and our rental agreement, the rental agreement and confirmation letter shall control. Refunds are made pursuant to the terms of the Rental Agreement: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, and all funds paid will be returned. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
