The house is fully-equipped with all bedroom linens, pillows, extra blankets, pool towels, and bathroom towels. There are two full bathrooms, and one half-bath off of the pool room. Basic soap, shampoo and other supplies are provided.

There is a separate washer/dryer room off of the master bedroom. Cleaning supplies are provided at the house, including laudry detergent and dryer sheets.

There is a two car garage attached to the house by a covered walkway to the front door. There is ample storage for outdoor equipment in the garage.

There are board games and indoor activities located in the library and basement area.

We do not maintain television at the house; however, there are two television sets to watch DVD movies. There is a stereo system. You are encouraged to bring any DVDs or music media with you.

The library contains numerous volumes for the readers in your group. It is also equipped with a flat screen television and surround sound system for playing DVDs or CDs. There is also an IPod docking station.

There is a small wood stove and ample firewood for your use.

There is a table tennis (ping-pong) table located in the basement level of the house.

Free wireless internet access throughout the house, and the surrounding grounds, makes staying in touch easy - if you need or want to.

This is a no-smoking house. The house is not child proofed or pet proofed. There are hazardous conditions at the property for children and pets, including the pool, kitchen utensils and knives, the woodstove, and conditions around the exterior of the property. Please monitor children and pets at all times.

There is limited cell phone service at the house. Roaming rates apply with some carriers.

In the winter months, house temperature will range between 60-70 degrees. There is no air conditioning at the house. Pool temperatures will generally range between 70-80 degrees.

Concerned about winter driving conditions? Please keep in mind that during the winter months you will encounter serious winter weather. The house is located in a mountainous, cold and often stormy environment. The weather conditions change many times during the course of the day, often without much notice. There are strong winds at the house, and winter storms are not uncommon. Four wheel drive vehicles may be required at times to access the house despite the fact that we will regularly plow the driveway at the end of any significant snow falls.
