Pool Room

A 12 x 38 in-ground heated pool located indoors is for your exclusive use during your stay. The pool room is surrounded by windows and doors to the patio area on the south side of the property, providing full southern sunshine during the afternoon. The doors open onto the patio deck area, where you can lounge in the sun, have a barbeque, or just plain relax while looking out on the spectacular mountain setting and perennial gardens.

Or you can enjoy lounging in the pool room in one of the comfortable long chairs provided. The pool is approximately eight feet deep at the deepest point and four feet deep at the shallow end. The pool room is totally relaxing, whether you are watching the kids play for hours, or floating in quiet solitude.

The pool is generally between 70 and 80 degrees. It is not warm enough for everyone, but OK for others. It is not as hot as a hot tub; during winter months you will not want to jump into it to warm up like in a hot tub.

This is a private pool - there is no life guard, and swimming is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Please obey all pool rules as described in the rental agreement and posted at the pool.

The pool room is on the south side of the house. The glass doors open onto the patio and deck area. In the photo to the left, you see the decks. Just around the corner you would see the pool room, and there is a brick and gravel patio area which is surrounded by perennial gardens. The barbeque area is set up here as well, and another picnic table is set up just outside of the pool room doors. In the summer, it is great to cool off in the pool and lounge on the patio in the sun with a drink.
