The Littlebranch house sleeps twelve, uses solar power, and is about 100 feet from the Mettawee Pool House. The houses may be rented separately or together for larger groups or a perfect ‘family compoud’ style Vermont getaway.

Upper floor

The Littlebranch house has an open floor plan on the second floor which includes the living room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove/oven. The dining area is large enough for all of your guests and treats you to a panoramic view of the Green Mountains and our mini Blue Spruce forest. The living room area features two comfortable sofas that face a flat screen TV.

Lower floor

The lower floor at Littlebranch is a fun place to hang out, especially in the summer because it tends to be cooler than the rest of the house. It features an air hockey table, a bar, and a comfortable area to lounge and watch a movie.
